Avanquest Solutions celebrated its twentieth anniversary in the summer of 2007. Back in 1987 our business was about bringing printing solutions to a pre-PC and network environment. Now we move in a world of the document lifecycle; of call processing; of unified communications; of real-time perfect mirroring; of fax over IP and of business process management.

Our business has developed and the solutions we implement have changed to fit the needs and requirements of our customers. Generally though, our clients have remained the same. The names might be different, reflecting the consolidation in the market, but we still serve the major banks, insurance companies, pharmaceutical manufacturers, commercial organisations of every type and central and local government departments.

A large and diverse client base but all with the same issues in common; a desire to make their organisations work more efficiently, speed up their business processes and deliver a more satisfactory experience for their staff and customers. As the requirement for ‘instant access’ to information becomes mandatory, Avanquest has developed its offerings. The users, who once needed LNO3 emulation for their main-frame printing, may now need to automatically SMS text their customers as part of a work-flow process, or scan, secure, process, archive and deliver every document as they enter the organisation.

As the requirements have become more complex, Avanquest has developed our own individual skill-sets and expertise, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve. Twenty years providing complex business solutions, often as part of an even larger project working with your incumbent supplier, has created not just a wealth of experience but a highly-skilled team of business consultants and analysts whose total focus is to support you, our customer.
